This is a new flow yoga sequence that I’m experimenting with in my classes. I may develop it further, but so far it’s feeling pretty good and it’s had a positive response. I based it around one of my new favourite poses – I’m sure it must have a technical term, but I call it Restorative Lizard. I don’t know about you, but I feel I could stay here for a good hour or so!
I recorded the full sequence (with peak poses – can be modified to suit) for reference, and I’d love to know what you think! Please excuse the unrefined homemade quality of the filming (and messy hair).
