This is a new flow yoga sequence that I’ve experimented with in my classes. It will no doubt be developed further, but so far it feels really good and has had a positive response. The sequence is based around one of my new favourite poses – it must have a technical term, but I call it Restorative Lizard. I feel as though I could stay here for a good hour or so!
The full flow yoga sequence (with peak poses – can be modified to suit) was recorded for my reference, but I decided to also share it publically. Let me know what you think! Please excuse the unrefined homemade quality of the filming (and messy hair).
